The objective of the training is to acquire the necessary skills to lead a project for creating e-learning content:

  • Respond to a content creation brief for e-learning
  • Create a scripted e-learning resource using an authoring tool or an LCMS
  • Create a rapid learning resource

Through this certification, training professionals enhance their expertise and meet the evolving challenges of the training and education market.

Detailed learning objectives:

  • Understand the role of an e-learning designer
  • Know the evolution and current development of this learning method
  • Understand the challenges of digital learning
  • Understand the key stages of a digitalization project
  • Master the principles and methodology of instructional design
  • Know how to create a storyboard
  • Understand and be able to use the basics of AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Design interactive asynchronous learning resources as part of a digital training project
  • Know how to organize the design and production phases to deliver asynchronous interactive content under the right conditions (time, budget, quality)
  • Manage and monitor each stage of the design and production process to ensure the proper implementation of asynchronous interactive resources within a digital training program
  • Use software tools to create asynchronous interactive learning materials
  • Know how to integrate digital content into an LMS
  • Be able to create a learning path using native LMS tools
  • Understand user assignment and progress tracking
  • Test and verify produced and implemented content to ensure it functions correctly, meets the defined requirements, and achieves the intended learning objectives — this process may involve corrective actions
