OBJECTIVES DESCRIPTION PROGRAM TARGET AUDIENCE MEANS AND SUPPORT TEACHING AND METHODS EVALUATION

The goal of the training is to equip learners with the skills required to lead an e-learning content creation project:

Respond to a content creation brief for e-learning
Create a scripted e-learning resource using an authoring tool or an LCMS
Develop a rapid learning resource

Through this certification, training professionals enhance their expertise and meet the new demands of the training and education market.

Detailed learning objectives:

Understand the role of an e-learning designer
Learn about the evolution and current development of this learning method
Understand the challenges of digital learning
Understand the various stages of a digitalization project
Master the principles and methodology of instructional design
Learn how to create a storyboard
Understand and know how to use the basics of AI tools such as ChatGPT

Design interactive asynchronous learning resources for the development of a digital training project
Know how to organize the design and production phases to deliver the asynchronous and interactive resource under the right conditions (time, budget, quality)
Manage and monitor the different phases of the design and production process of the asynchronous and interactive resource to ensure its proper implementation within the digital training system
Use software to produce asynchronous and interactive resources for a digital training system
Know how to integrate digitized content into an LMS
Know how to create an LMS pathway using native tools
Understand user assignment and tracking
Test and verify the produced and implemented content to ensure that it functions properly, meets the defined requirements, and achieves the intended learning objectives. This process may involve a series of corrective tasks
