The objective of the training is to acquire the skills necessary to carry out an e-learning content creation project:

  • Respond to a specifications document for e-learning content creation
  • Create a scripted e-learning resource using an authoring tool or an LCMS
  • Create a rapid learning resource

Through this certification, training professionals enhance their skills and meet the new challenges of the training and education market.

The learning objectives in detail:

  • Understand the role of an e-learning designer or e-designer
  • Know the evolution of this learning method and its current development
  • Understand the challenges of digital learning
  • Understand the different stages of a digitization project
  • Master the principles and methodology of instructional design
  • Know how to create a storyboard
  • Understand and know how to use the basics of Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT
  • Design asynchronous interactive learning resources for the creation of a digital training project
  • Know how to organize the design and production phases to deliver the asynchronous and interactive resource under the right conditions (time, budget, quality)
  • Manage and monitor the different phases of the design and production project for the asynchronous and interactive resource to ensure its effective implementation in the digital training system
  • Use software to produce asynchronous and interactive resources for a digital training system
  • Know how to integrate digitized content into an LMS
  • Know how to create an LMS course using native tools
  • Understand user assignment and tracking
  • Test and verify the produced and implemented content to ensure it works properly, meets the defined requirements, and achieves the intended learning objectives. This process may involve a series of corrective actions
