The objective of the training is to acquire the skills necessary to carry out an e-learning content creation project:

Know the evolution of this learning method and its current development
Understand the challenges of digital learning
Understand the different stages of a digitization project
Master the principles and methodology of instructional design

Understand and know how to use the basics of Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT

Design asynchronous interactive learning resources for the creation of a digital training project
Know how to organize the design and production phases to deliver the asynchronous and interactive resource under the right conditions (time, budget, quality)
Manage and monitor the different phases of the design and production project for the asynchronous and interactive resource to ensure its effective implementation in the digital training system
Use software to produce asynchronous and interactive resources for a digital training system
Know how to integrate digitized content into an LMS
Know how to create an LMS course using native tools
Understand user assignment and tracking
Test and verify the produced and implemented content to ensure it works properly, meets the defined requirements, and achieves the intended learning objectives. This process may involve a series of corrective actions
